As a PDEng-trainee in BioProduct Design, you develop and apply design methodology onto biological systems. You work as a visionary team-player with a state-of-the-art background in biosciences, prepared for innovative bioproduct design.
In a informal cooperative learning environment, you develop and apply:

The first year of the PDEng-traineeship consists of a tailor-made programme of advanced coursework in the Life Sciences, design methodology, project management, intellectual property and economics. Together with yout fellow PDEng-trainees, you implement your knowledge in the Group Design Project. In the second year you apply your skills in the Industrial Design Project, developing creative solutions for actual problems, based on the latest developments in the Life Sciences.
After successful completion of your training, you receive the ‘Professional Doctorate in Engineering’ degree, or PDEng. The expertise gained in this traineeship is in great demand and leads to excellent prospects for a professional career in the Dutch and international Life Science industry. Conditions of employment

Estimated maximum salary per month: eur 1500 - 2000
Maximum salary amount in Euro's a month 1681
Employment basis: Temporary for specified period
Duration of the contract: Two year programme
Maximum hours per week: 38
Additional conditions of employment:
You will be employed by Delft University of Technology (‘Earning while Learning’). PDEng positions start in February and September and have an employment basis of 2 years (1 year with an extension of 1 year).
