Training programmesThe Deutsche Bank training programmes are designed not only to develop your business and technical skills but also to facilitate your integration into a global culture. From the moment you embark upon the programme the Bank is committed to providing you with the opportunity to succeed. The training programme starts with global orientation in London. This is followed by a teambuilding event, designed to develop your ability to work across national, cultural and divisional boundaries. The classroom-based training is a structured cycle of experience and review, during which participants will achieve measurable development in knowledge and skills.
Internship programmesDeutsche Bank's summer internship programmes for penultimate-year students are designed to give you a first-hand experience of what a career in an investment bank is really like. The programme starts in London in the summer of 2009 and over a nine to ten week period you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, complete real projects and work on live deals.
